As the HR manager I am the custodian of the people processes and procedures that ensure the employee lifecycle is a happy and fruitful one for all. This is achieved through the provision of a support service to the management of Biz Group that enables A-Players to perform at their best and grow and develop as individuals. I am also accountable for employee relations that drives engagement, improved morale, and promote company culture; full cycle recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientations.

• Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment cycle using the TopGrading methodology;

• Responsible for the establishment of the HR department in the Middle East and for drafting HR policies and procedures, including an Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with local authorities while adhering to Crawford & Company standards globally.
• Managed the full recruitment cycle from recruitment to exit.
