Responsibilities;
• Bearing the responsibility for the correct installation of steel structures in
compliance with latest revisions of drawings and specifications
• Receiving and storing all required material both SK procured and free-issued
• Ensuring materials are inspected for conformance with purchase documents
• Issue materials for Construction
• Monitoring and implementing safety programs
• Setting and meeting cost/schedule targets
• Responsible for construction site housekeeping
• Monitoring quality of work performed
• Responsible for optimum Construction equipment utilization, and requesting
regular maintenance for site equipment
• Drawing and specification control and interpretation
• Liaise with QC for inspection and test requirements
• Interfacing with engineering - complying, verifying and correlating data relating
to engineering problems experienced during construction
• Turnover of completed structure to Client on time and within budget
• Developing punch-lists of incomplete works
• Fostering and encouraging a working environment based on openness, trust,
