• Build and maintain co-operative relationships with parents, and to communicate with them on pupils learning and progress, drawing attention to special skills and talents as well as to problems or difficulties.

- Manage and maintain a collaborative development and evaluation of curriculum (the sum total of all
learning strategies) in the science department in accordance to the British and Oxford System
particularly for the Cambridge International Examinations and IGCSE programs. Likewise, a regular monitoring through observation and evaluation is practice for the effectiveness of the learning/teaching program.
- Provide / deliver quality and effective teaching and learning programs which are consistent and in
accordance to Cambridge and Oxford system with relevant syllabi, curriculum policies, work programs
and educational trends.
- Maintain teaching competency and current knowledge in compliance to Cambridge International
Examinations (CIE) curriculum programs as well as to (IGCSE) core science subject curriculum.
- Support students through interaction with them in a variety of settings and through the active
development of supportive learning environments and effective behaviour management practices.
- Maintain student records and samples of work and report on student performance to students, parents,
the department and other stakeholders as required.
- Establish and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships between the school and community
particularly in regard to the ethical obligations outlined in the Government Code of Conduct.

Overall accountability :
Plan, organize, manage, control, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for quality control of food production within MAF, including the testing / inspection of raw materials used, the health / hygiene safeguards adhered to on the production area, and finished / semi-finished products and variance-analysis vis-à-vis HACCP requirements.
Responsible for supporting the quality assurance function of the entire company.
•Helps QA/QC Manager in the development, coordination, and supervision of the QA/QC programs such as Food Safety, HACCP, GMPs, Food defense, Pre-requisite programs, etc.
•Supervises HACCP Program, is part of the HACCP team. Helps in the implementation, documenting and monitoring this system with the help of a cross-departmental team and QA/QC Manager.
•Helps in all audits - internal and external.
•Monitors appropriate controls, sample plans, hold/release system, code rotation, processing controls, and other production systems where problems might exist.
•Supervises final product microbiological, chemical and sensory sampling.
•Controls further processing or shipment of nonconforming material or defective product.
•Helps in training, coaching, mentoring, empowering and developing team members. This includes coordinating team involvement activities to drive “continuous quality improvement” processes.
•Conducts relevant training and education on food safety.
•Trains employees in quality systems and procedures.
•Maintains, update and improve Quality Manuals and HACCP Plan.
•Follows up customer complaints and works together with management to reduce complaints.
•Assesses the performance of sanitation crew.
Followed a scholarship program (International Course Program) ICP on Master of Science in Nutrition and Rural Development awarded by the VLIR-UOS University Development Cooperation.
The Master program in Nutrition and Rural Development (NuRuDe) is an International Course Program (ICP) that provides an outline of all theoretical information and practical experience, directly and indirectly related to a better understanding of food and nutrition problems in the developing countries, their origin and solutions.
- Provides series of lectures related to Food Science & Technology, and Hotel & Restaurant Management to all Food Technology and BSHRT students in the university. Likewise, conduct lectures on animal Biology, General Chemistry, and other applied science courses to other Faculty/department.
