I manage all the financial and adminitration areas of my company in Spain and in the different branches worldwide.

Management of all the finance and HR areas of OB Coprosa WLL, Coprosa Contracting WLL, and Polyrock Insulation WLL, construction companies part of Coprosa Group and Qatar Bin Ladin Group, performing its activities in the Middle East, based in Qatar.
The role of the Finance Manager is a mix between CFO, CAO and Director of Administration, coordinating and managing the different service lines: tax, accounting, legal, payroll and agency services.
Among the many activities that I was in charge we have: continuous generation of efficiencies; promote, coordinate and monitor all new developments and procedures (SAP, Six Sigma, Blackline, HFM, SOX, ICFR, ...); the management of the different accounting areas; ensure the timeliness and quality of financial statements; data analysis; verification and implementation of controls; KPIs management; customer management, ...., with a team of over 60 people to attend to all societies/clients.
I carry out this activity for the full Fiat Group (Iveco, Fiat and CNH among others)
Management and start up of a new branch office of Fiat Services in order to render administrative services to Chrysler (part of the Fiat group) in Mexico D.F
Implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Lean Thinking in addition to my other duties
Responsible of the elaboration of the accounting books of CNH Spain managing directly the general ledger team (8 people), controlling the monthly closings, reporting to USA and Italy; ensure the correctness of the data and accomplishment of the calendar, the compliance with the Spanish laws, company policies and IFRS; analysis and conciliation of the accounts, error checking, ...
