As part of the Finance Department, I was respnsable for budget management, forcast and reporting to CFO and top management working closely with Controller team, FP&A, Acconting, Finance
Supply-chain, Cash Management, as well as managing the reltionship with our external partners.
● Lead the budget planning and forecast process including coordination of different stakeholder
● Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, monitoring and corrective actions
● Cost allocation and transfer pricing intercompanies in different countries
● Managing month-end closing procedure, analysis and commentary: revenue, direct
& indirect costs and credit notes provision analysis
● Monitoring P&L and balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
● Reporting and analysis of the results and factors influencing business perofmrmance
● Handling ad hoc enquiries according to management and colleague requests: data crunching and report production
●Supporting Financial Manager throughout controlling, legal and fiscal compliance activities
● Responsible for month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation, accruals and P&L adjustments
● Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and regular reporting to the Finance Team
● Processing accounts payable/receivable and intercompany recharges
● Support on budget, forecast and Statutory processes
