Key Responsibilities:
• Partnering with the CEO and other Senior Management, functioning as the analytical engine of the company, proffering data-driven insights to support optimal financial business decision making- optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.
• Presenting Financial Performance (segment performance) to the BOD.
• Entrusted with full control over all critical financial levers & metrics that impact the company. Supporting development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis/guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
• Commanding/ Controlling company’s finance function, ensuring company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Operational budget holder with responsibility for ensuring corporate budgeting processes, reforecasts and financial projections are carried out timely & accurately.

Joined the company as Accounting Manager, moved on upward career trajectories, to merit promotion to the position of Senior Finance Manager

Designation Chronology:
• December 2014 - July 2017: Finance Manager
• August 2013 - November 2014: Accounting Manager

Accomplishments:
• Hand-selected to manage key IPO project, effectively built Financial Model, Financial Due Diligence & Legal Due Diligence, in partnership with our Financial Advisors (GIB Capital), Accounting Advisors (KPMG) and Legal Advisors (B&M). Prepared all sections of the prospectus - Company & Business, Risk, Corporate Governance and Financial Sections). Reported to the CFO/CEO.
• Established SOP & financial model for Ecommerce HD Services for enhanced control
• Introduced financial modulation for NAQEL accounts to publish region wise and division management reports.
• Successfully implemented ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) in finance function and modulated the chart of account.
