Manage the It Department. Responsible for 1 employee. I am also acting as an MIS manager and Business Analyst.
Also, I am acting as a project manager for the implementation of an insurance application and an ERP.
Also, I am performing development and support for the current applications using SQL, ASP.Net, Telerik, VB.Net and APIs.
Acting as Level 1 for ERP Support and Development for a Group that exist in Lebanon, Dubai, Angola, Switzerland, and Mozambique. Responsible for gathering requirements and coaching subordinates. Responsible for 3 employees spread between Lebanon, Dubai and Angola. Technology used : SQL+.Net+Crystal Reports+Dexterity.
Manage the IT department that consisted of 2 employees.
Also, responsible for the ERP development and support and the contact with the IT infrastructure suppliers.
Implemented the Blackberry system of the company
Business and Technical Consultant.
Performing Development as Add-ins for Microsoft Dynamics GP

My Thesis was based on a Software developed by my end related to creating a schedule plan for a cleaning service company along with a basic receivable module.
