Partnered with the MIS team and developed a 4 dimensional robust
rebate module on JDE covering all applicable and thought of
scenarios (cash back, growth, and variable brackets….etc.)
* Decreased the days of the consolidated financial statements
reporting from 10 days to 5 days including all integrity reports
checkup on JDE, and major analysis (Yield, Energy consumption,
Maintenance, Labor cost….etc.)
* Constructed a dynamic profitability dashboard on excel working on
over 12 dimensions to provide accurate data and financial insights
to the management. Currently working with the MIS to obtain the
profitability results directly from JDE.
* Challenged the BOM (bill of materials) for all Chips products with
the production team which resulted to drastic changes in Potato and
Oil consumption and proper costing.
* Successfully adopted IFRS 15 and 16 throughout the Company.
Led and implemented VAT by changing the internal operational
and financial procedures and updating SAP accordingly.
* Re-structured the accounting and finance department and increased
the staff from 6 to 12 and provided job description to each
employee. Articulated mission, vision, objectives and KPIs for the
Finance Department in line with overall business plans and overall
strategic objectives with an automatic review matrix designed using
excel VBA.
* Designed and implemented companywide financial policies and
procedures and operational procedures mainly related to parking
management industry.
* Implemented financial statement closing process procedures and
was able to generate complete set of reporting schedules and

within the first week of subsequent month which was never
accomplished before.

minimal exceptions.
