- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production objectives
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to manger
- Establish safety procedures for employees
- Provide engineering analysis to reduce downtime and reduce the waste on machines
- Evaluate current production process and make recommendation for improvement
- Implement cost reduction (saving ), while maintaining high quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals
- Trains, assign duties, and Supervises employees engaged in production,
- Supervising productivity and quality,
- Following up machines problems (Mechanical and electrical),
- Estimates time and material costs required for project, arrange tools, and equipment,
- Enforces safety regulations, rules, and working conditions,
- Work on machines to provide a new product design,
- Coordinate for working process,
