● Checking all recapitulation of purchase invoices that are sent by the department of warehouse and transaction journals recorded by account clerks.
● Supervise 10 account clerks to assist process invoice coding and posting journal entries into the pronto software program properly.
● Prepare payment to suppliers for billing invoices that will be due and pick up the phone for each supplier who will collect payment and make an appointment when the payment process will be carried out.
● Create a payment schedule report to the financial controller who's planning to release the payment.
● Organized inventory control to all branch stores uses manual and computerized systems and preparing recapitulation inventory stock reports as well.
● Create a weekly wages payroll report for staff employees especially for shop workers and count tax amount each payslip, then create it into a tax report.
● Print reports on all general ledgers to check more thoroughly before proceeding to the profit and loss report and balance sheet.
● Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
● Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, prepare trial balance of books, prepare tax return, prepare financial accounting reports and bank reconciliation.
● Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
● The company was using a pronto software program to carry out its business activities.
