My job is to mainly work on building and maintaining strong working relationships with potential and current QSL’s loyalty program partners. Also provide effective customer service to members of QSL’s loyalty program. As well as to assist with match day ticketing and operations for QSL matches.
My job was to create social media strategies that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries, create timely and engaging content suitable for each platform used and intended audience, also analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis as well as Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect clients and their brand and finally cover all live events of my clients.
my job consists of:
- dealing directly with client (through meetings, e-mail, phone) to take their briefs and printing orders
- Main Goal is to keep the client happy and increase our client retention rate
- active link between client and all the rest of the company members to insure client satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

I got the opportunity to spend one day at Barwa bank and one day at al Jazeera shadowing the marketing team and learning about the different roles they have and how they spend a normal working day.

I had the opportunity to work with foreign teachers; my main duty was to communicate the information between teachers and students who face any kind of hard time while dealing with their instructor, translate.
• Internship in Aspire (summer 2012)
My internship took place in Aspetar, Aspire for a month. I worked with the marketing department where I got the chance to attend professional meetings, work on high scale projects and had a lot of brainstorming with professional employees.
