Responsible for managing costs across all projects in the UAE. Create and implemented a cost management program for construction projects, including authorized budgets, total commitments, expenditures, and billed charges. Collaborate with project teams to anticipate project expenses during project execution. Develop cost tools and reports to communicate project cost indicators and performance to project teams and senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making. Manage benchmarking in AED/Sqm for all project types (e.g., residential, malls, hospitals). Create project dashboards for discussions with project directors and management. Create a monthly labor report utilizing the Earned Value Management system (EV & AC) to track if costs are increasing or decreasing based on the CPI/SPI and to assess BAC and estimate at completion EAC.

Provided cost control for turnarounds and large capital investments of various size and complexity. Led monthly project controls review of cost and schedule vs commitment at authorization. Utilized project documentation (current expenditures, approved changes and the project schedule) to develop Indicated Total Cost (ITC), the forecast of total expenditures at project completion, and works with Project Team Leader to finalize for monthly report. Analyzed percent complete documentation from the Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Operations functions. Worked with superintendents, subcontractors and other project team members to accurately represent the impact of change orders and or delays to the project cost.
