Scope of Work

•Group Medical Insurance and Group Life Insurance:

•Conduct insurance orientation to all new employees along with hand-over of written summary of benefits and complete claim procedures to employees
•Complete insurance related office tasks for group companies
•Coordinate with Insurance broker in getting insurance settlements settled
•Calculate premiums and establish payment method
•Keep individual members data updated by uploading all the documents and maintain an e-file system accessible by individual employees and ensuring confidentiality of claims.
•Group company focal person for coordination with insurance broker and provider for all insurance related activities
•Prepare, review and publish reports as per the business unit’s requests
•Analyze financial statements of group companies to ensure the timely premium payments
•Assist Reporting Manager for all insurance policy renewal matters and timely completion of any additional duties that may be given

•General Insurance:

•Focal person for submission of General and Medical related insurance claims
•Maintain a proper register (Hard & Soft)
•Updating claims register (soft copy) received from group company on timely basis
•Circulation of updated insurance network list and uploading in company network
•Arranging monthly reports from corporate support team and group companies to forward Reporting Manager within the deadline
•Maintaining new employee hire details along with division HC support
•Timely submission of corporate support team members personnel action file to Reporting Manager on their anniversary date of joining for performance appraisal

Scope of Work
•Provide training to bank staff regarding new products to be launched
•Organize all lead generation initiative from the bank - whether through walk-ins, data mining, referrals or any other
•Drive sales and achieve targets through the branches with/without bank staff support
•Engage with bank employees with reference discussion to knowledge transfer of insurance and product offerings
•Acquiring new high net worth clients & managing existing clients

Scope of Work
•Type correspondence, reports and any other duties assigned
•Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
•Take minutes at meetings
•Maintain records and files in due confidentiality
