Lead the implementation of outreach activities, an asset in the identification of beneficiaries, and
perform data collection and data entry
Ensure that the distribution of related tools, and equipment, are monitored for both quality and
quantity.
Support and supervise the regular attendance of beneficiaries in training and ensure that all activity
takes place in a safe environment.
Ensure relevant documentation is properly filled in and processed.
Conduct livelihood activities in the field under the guidance of the Field Officer and the Program
Coordinator (assessments, distribution, training, etc.).
Participate in developing a detailed project implementation plan and orient the Assistant field officer
on agreed actions.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Farmers, Technical consultants and partners, Cooperatives,
Municipalities, and other NGOs) to ensure appropriate programming strategies are developed and
refined for the target population.
Actively participate in the collection and analysis of information/data used to determine vulnerability
and needs, create transparent targeting criteria, as well as participate in selecting the project
beneficiaries.
Regularly monitoring the field activities to ensure all implemented activities are aligned with the
action plan and standards agreed on and highlight any significant deviance.
Contributed to the development of a livelihoods referral system, and regularly update service
mappingof service providers within the area of intervention.
Demonstrated a high level of professionalism while working or coordinating with the people we
serve, farmers, and any internal or external party; any incident or work-related conflict should be
immediately reported to the Program Coordinator.

Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly & monthly reports and submission to the Livelihoods
Supported The M & E department as an outreach worker conducting assessments .
Responsible for collecting data and maintaining accurate and confidential up-to-date documentation.
Actively participate in coordination meetings when requested by the Program Coordinator.
Engage individuals in resources for researching employers and current employment opportunities.
Select apprentices, matching them with employers, and monitor the program's implementation.
Conduct weekly visit on the apprenticeship site to verify work conditions, verify the presence of
beneficiaries as well solving any problems or resolving any concerns they may have.
