• Manage overall employment support activities such as Awareness workshops/ events, Job placement, and Follow-up of graduates/ employers
• Collect the information of potential employers and supporters via online research and company visit
• Manage/ develop a database of employer’s and graduate’s profiles for easy access and retrieval of information.
• Respond to inquiries from potential employers to provide the information needed to consider employment of PWDs.
• Job referral, including on-the-job training, and job interview preparation for the trainees, and graduates.
• Conduct labor marketing, make presentations about AAR Japan activities, and raise awareness about disability issues.
• Post-recruitment follow-up for employers and graduates to improve job retention.
• Provide necessary training and guide necessary advice for the trainees and graduates.
• Make fundraising efforts for the project operation in Yangon.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and meetings for project development and networking with relevant organizations.
• Develop ideas for employment opportunities for PWDs.
• Manage reports related to employment support activities and submit them to Representative, Program Coordinator, and Program Manager
• Supervise 7 Field Coordinators (FC) for timely and efficient implementation of the field level activities in Mon, Kachin States, and South Dagon township (7 townships) and check the reports of FCs
• Assist the Assistant Project Officer (APO) with reporting and data analysis.
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders such as DPOs, CBOs, and CSOs
• Provide innovative ideas and approaches to promote awareness of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and youth-friendly health services among young people relating to the local context
• Serve as trainer/ facilitator in the sexual health and life skills training and other training activities related to the MMA-ASRH Project
• Serve as a special trainer in the sexual health training for Persons with Disability (PWD)
• Prepare the necessities for meetings under the supervision of APO
• Monitor and supervise peer education sessions in the community to ensure the right facts and flow
• Coordinate between Field Coordinator and Peer Educators for teamwork
• Ensure systematic filing and storage of all data source documents

• Working closely with central staff members for timely and efficient implementation of the field-level activities as stipulated in the project documents and the work plan
• Conduct advocacy activities with relevant stakeholders to have a smooth implementation of the ASRH-related activities to reach vulnerable youths
• Provide innovative ideas and approaches to promote awareness of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and youth-friendly health services among young people relating to the local context
• Serve as trainer/ facilitator in basic adolescent reproductive health training, youth leadership training, and other training activities related to the MMA-ASRH Project
• Take a leading role in ASRHR and GBV prevention and awareness-raising sessions, youth initiative local activities, and field-level activities
• Prepare the necessities for the field training, edutainment sessions, meetings, events, and youth initiative local activities under the supervision of Project Assistant
• Monitor and supervise peer education sessions in the community to be in line with work plan and procedures
• Manage preparation of necessary documents and IEC materials conducting educational sessions smoothly and effectively
• Maintain the capacity of the ASRH advocates/ youth volunteers and ask assistance from supervisors as and when required
• Coordinate with the local youth volunteers for project-related activities
• Perform the data entry and compilation of relevant project activities data
• Ensure systematic filing and storage of all data source documents
• Regular reporting of related field-level activities on a timely basis
