1. Screening CV’s based on predefined criteria given by upper management /recruiting manager to arrange short listing and filing CV’s for future uses.
2. Selected candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interview with candidates accepted from the phone.
3. Arrange PTA, make job offer letter and demand letters of India, Pakistan & Philippines and also follow up the job offer.
4. Salary negotiation with the candidate after he is found suitable with the job.
5. Verifies the educational degree of overseas candidates and match with the job title he offered with the job title of the available visa of the company
6. Develop recruitment status report which is understandable and maintained updated on daily basis to be ready to be sent to the HR Managers, head of departments on weekly and monthly basis.
7. Try to solve the complain of employees related salary, work, overtime etc. of India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh & Philippine.
8. Those Philippine who want to go final exit, I prepare their all documents and send them to Philippine Overseas Labor Office POLO for verification.
9. Philippine candidates who go for vacation I prepare his contract paper and verified from labor office.
10. Managing visas of all countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nepal etc….
11. Make E-Authorization from Enjaz site to authorize the agencies by using company master card.
12. Recruiting both white and blue collar profiles.
13. Dealing with manpower agencies from India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh etc…
14. Good Knowledge of preparing demand letter for manpower agreement.
15. Good knowledge of Emigrate System to deploy manpower from India.
16. Conduction face to face / telephonic and virtual interviews.
17. Preparing Offer letter for selected candidates.
18. Handling the end to end recruitment processes like sourcing of profiles, Interview and Selection, Salary Negations etc.
19. Co-ordination with the logistics for arranging travel tickets, accommodation, airport travel pickup/drop.
