Position: Project Manager - Work scope covers the entire operations of Reliance Technical Services, starting from Project planning, budgeting, scheduling and organizing. Setting up online systems for optimizing work flow and material management structures to increase project profitability by maximizing output, cutting idle time and better manpower utilization to save time using Management Information Systems. Mobilizing plant and machineries to project locations, manpower planning and deployment. Identifying and short listing Sub-contractors, coordinating works with all sub-contractors, consultant and 3rd party inspections, timely execution of the project, generating reports and handing over completed works to client. Additional responsibilities included general management of HR (salaries, documentations, hiring, and training), complete accounts and finance management, sourcing and procuring of materials, developing presentation material for new projects.
