Core Responsibilities
• Maintain higher level of customer satisfaction through timely service offerings
• Ensure the highest security is being implemented at CBQ IT Infrastructure through continuous fine-tuning and frequent enhancements
• Resolving all escalated / complex issues and follow up till the closure
• Coordinate with vendors, technology partners in selecting new solutions, maintaining the existing devices and to get level 2 and 3 support in case of critical situations.
• Coordinate and facilitate with other departments within the bank in their project implementations to ensuring proper security measures are in place
• Extend support for Internal and external audits
• Ensure the timely renewals of AMC agreements
• Remain proficient in support scope of the Network, Security and Datacenter Environment
• Provide accurate problem diagnosis and solutions.
• Daily monitoring and housekeeping of the Network and Security Devices
Technologies include IPsec/SSL VPN, Firewall, AAA services, Intrusion Detection & prevention, Content Security, Anti Malware solutions, Anti-Virus, Email Security, Web Security, Routing and Switching, Load Balancing and Transaction Routing.
Role - Responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting total Mobitel billing
network infrastructure in Sri Lanka including Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco 6500 with FWSM &
ACE, DNS Servers, Routers, Switches etc.
Role - Responsible for implementing and providing post implementation support for Cisco
products which include Cisco ASA, PIX, 6500/FWSM/ACE, Ironport email and web security,
Cisco secure ACS, IPS/IDS, CSA, Routers and Switches and technologies which include
IPSec/SSL VPN, Firewall, Intrusion Detection & prevention, Content Security, Email Security,
Web Security and CA Security products (CA eTrust Access Control)
Role - Responsible for implementing and providing post implementation support for Asterisk
PABX, Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches etc.
