Job Role and Current Responsibilities:
•Involved in Pre-Contract and Post contract activities. Experience in dealing with multiple construction work packages in the project, commercially, contractually and financially aware to ensure successful management of all financial aspects of the project.
•Currently leading the team of various level QS to provide technical services to one of the tallest building in the country includes Per-Contract & Post Contract services. Leading and directing the team for providing deliverables to the stakeholders with utmost accuracy and correct commercial advice on time.
•Working on the contract
Responsible for preparation of pre-contract documents. Preparation of budgetary estimates in various design stages. Taking off entire quantities of the subject project for consolidation in BOQ preparation for tendering. Preparing the comparison of post tender analysis rates and prices in the BOQ by participating bidders. Preparation of tender reports. Drafting of contract documents.
