• Validate accuracy of stories delivered in comparison with the product backlog.
• Provide functional assistance to scrum development team working on cutting edge open source technology to ensure harmonization of the booking process.

• Provide support and implementation of large scale software programs, development and assessment of existing infrastructure.
• Worked on Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, Databases, PL/SQL, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based on functional specifications.
• Design and develops database tables, triggers, procedures, functions and packages to meet business requirements.
• Perform Unit testing for all the deliverables by executing test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Write Retro documents, functional specification (FS), problem specification (PSS) to give the functional as well as technical specification to the developers in order to achieve the goal.
• Carried out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
• Provide functional and technical support on Service Delivery, Service Management and Maintain IT Infrastructure Operations in End User Computing technologies using SDLC methodology
• Coordinate with the business team, accounts team and end users for requirement gathering, analysis & preparation of business requirement documents and also to address reported issues & provide analysis.
• Requests for creating, updating or removing of accesses and privileges after careful analysis of application user lists so as to minimize deviation in access management tool with real life scenario.
• Provide high end application support for different client applications and retain analysis report, email logs and tickets as a part of security validation process.
• Provide direct support by handling help desk or service desk escalations. Liaise between technical and business personnel to ensure mutual understanding of processes and applications.
