At present, self is associated with construction of four star Crown Plaza hotel project consists of 300 room (B2+B1+GF+5F+PH) other common facilities, as a Project Manager. The value of project is of 73Million USD consisting of approximately 37000 Sqm of built up area including HVAC, plumbing and electrical works. The Job consists of framed structures, insulated hollow core cavity block walls, bituminous membrane waterproofing system, ceramic and porcelain tiling, marble flooring and cladding, Suspended ceiling, painting internal and external, curtain walling, glass partition, SS hand rails, Aluminium doors, windows, screen and sliders, kitchen cabinets, Granite work, varieties of landscaping works

Construction of Mutawar Residential Development Project consists of two residential building of (B2+B1+GF+6F+PH) 357 number Luxurious flats and other common facilities, as a Project Manager. The project is of 75Million USD value, consisting of approximately 87000 Sqm of built up area including HVAC, plumbing and electrical works. My role was to lead the execution team for the construction of the above project which includes planning and ensuring optimum utilization of resources to achieve the approved construction schedule, strive for extracting desired quality and productivity from workmen with safe working environment.
