ETP:
 The erection & installation of Primary & Secondary Clarifiers, Sludge Thickener, Zinc Clarifier, Surface Aerators, Belt Press & dryers for sludge drying in ETP etc. The work was completed in scheduled time period.
 Achieved lime reduction in process for cost reduction.
 Recycling of waste water in Cooling Tower of Auxiliary & ETP process & others.
WTP:
 Plant shutdown and annual o/h jobs completed in time bond frame.
 Energy & water conservations.
PPS:
 Metacare paint coating on M.S.Structures protection in highly corrosion in acidic/alkaline critical zones by high performance Epoxy primers coating followed by polyurethane finish epoxy paint and also by synthetic enamel paint for esthetic view.
 Conventional paint coating H B Zinc phosphate, Red oxide Z P followed by PU & Enamel, Heat resistant Aluminium paint, Super service high build black anti Corrosive.
 Spray metal paint coating on Locomotive, Wagon / Truck Tippler system, Belt conveyors, Poclains, Hoisters, Dumpers, Jcb, Lodders, Tractor, Trollies, Convence Bus, Electrical Control Panels, Transformers & River bank pumping station etc.
 Cold insulation to conserve Heat Energy losses using expanded polyethylene profeel sheet of density 35-40kg m3 (thickness 6mm fr grade, 12 & 25mm) applied by ashphalt 115/15 and rubber resin varnish. Mostly in process areas & also in power plants, cooling devise, Fans, chillers, brine lines, simplex, Heat exchangers, dissolvers, Homogenizers, Charge Water, Spinning Tanks, Turbine Hall cooling air system, H.T.room, Battery Room, Transformers etc. Using Salicoat as vapour seal toretain life together with chicken knitting finally protected by cement plaster or aluminium sheet of thickness 0.56 mm.
 Hot insulation to conserve energy losses using glass mineral wool or calcium Silicate pipes of thickness 50, 75, 100 mm & 1, 2, 3 inches O.D. lines in LP &HP steam lines cladding by aluminium sheet 0.56 mm.
 Acid and Alkali resistant A/R Tile lining- 12mm, 20mm, 38mm, 75mm & Endur tile 305*305.furon powder, furan liquid & potassium silicate powder, potassium silicate liquid, furan cement pointing with furan liquid resin.
 Acid&Alkali resistant epoxy mortar lining with quartzsand mix no. 10.
 Application of thickness 3, 5 mm & self-levelling in most critical chemical zones for protection civil structures, Drains, pump foundations, machines & exhaust duct etc. Using Araldide resins GY-250, 257 & HY-830, 850, 840 etc.
