TECHNICAL:
Preparing product manufacturing sheet for both WIRE DRAWING and FILAMENT.
Knowledge & measurement of process capability (Cp) and Process capability index (CpK) for all critical process and products. (MINITAB 14)
Knowledge & measurement of Repeatability and Reproduceability(R&R) for all measuring instruments or gauges.
Involved in Six-Sigma project to improve Quality and Efficiency.
Identification and measurement of all critical processes.(CTP and CTQ)
Mapping and control of process streams.
Familiar with ISO 9001: 2008 and audit process.
Familiar with SPC and implementation.
Kaizen and Waste Management.
Exposure to 5S from Japanese collaboration.
PRODUCTION:
Order receiving (Monthly Meeting) - Planning Infrastructure - Execution.
Ensuring that there is no overstocking or under stocking of inventories.
Controlling daily production and rejection as per the target.
Co-ordination with Quality (for CAPA), Maintenance department (For routine machine checkup).
Follow-up of daily, weekly and monthly targets and corrective action.
Follow up of customer complaints.
Measurement of Internal rejection and optimum utilization of resources with budgeted targets.
Producing up to date management information and charts.
Daily standing meeting for continuous improvement.
