Ascertains equipment & automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking equipment maintenance records; examining service schedules.
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of equipment & vehicle, arranging transportation for transporting the equipment and vehicle.
Prepares schedules for providing training for the customers about the operating & maintenance of the equipment’s by the technicians.
Prepares repair work orders from described symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval; entering work orders into service database system (SAP).
Prepares Preventive Maintenance schedules periodically & allocate the job to the Mechanical & Service teams on daily basis.
Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
Schedules periodical inspection for the equipment’s & allocate the work to the teams on regular basis
Follow up the work progress to complete the work before the estimated time and constantly update the status to the client.
Arranges technical & safety trainings for the employees on regular basis.
Participate in daily & weekly meetings providing accurate reporting and evaluation of business performance.
Assist in preparing the budget request for maintenance of equipment’s and recommendation for proper operation and installation.
Implementation and management of FMS to achieve best practices a world class business unit.
Management of business levels of support in order to exceed business service standards.

Working as a supervisor of the workshop in the site maintaining more than 500 heavy equipment's and machineries used for road work and building construction like cat, komatsu, toyota, mitsubishi, hino, kenworth, mercedes benz, Hamm & Vogele. Maintaining the emv's including repairing, service and inspection. Leading the team and motivating them to do well in a safe manner. Underwent training's in inspection, service and safety related progammes.
