• Responsible for following established guidelines in the collection and tracking of clinical data and resolution of data queries in accordance with study plans and client preferences.
• To monitor the day to day running of designated projects, including patient specimen management receipt, pending lab analyses and other duties as detailed in the project specific monitoring plan. Liaising with other internal departments (Lab, Lab Ops and Specimen Management) in order for all appropriate process occurring according to schedule.
• Assist the project management team with study document creation and maintenance.
• Work with other project support staff to identify and implement common process. Keeps the project manager informed of any issue that may affect the smooth running of the project.
• Documents and records action items, tracks their closure across various meetings within the project teams.
• Assist in updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools and timelines.
• Assist the project management team in running requested reports from the Quintiles systems.
• Assists the project management team with creating and maintaining the study files.
• Prepares and distributes status reports and other relevant reports to the project teams.
• Assists the project management team in preparation of presentation materials for meetings (as required for the projects)
