Develop & maintain good relationship with business partner like IBM, Oracle, HP, EMC & other OEMs to address the customer requirements jointly to win in the marketplace. Leads contract negotiations with partners / OEMs, suppliers to support the new pricing models and IT Outsourcing offerings to Sales force to address new requirement / renewals of existing contracts.Handling national contract management database & alert regional team on timely renewals of existing contracts & Warranty renewals, collectable & billable data.Significantly contributed in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction nationwide by handling escalations & customer’s complaints and providing required resources & support to Regional offices. Manage the third party back to back alignment for service and ensuring the best possible cost to the company, meeting the cost reduction target assigned.
