• Handle HR activities across the Group, analyze, develop and implement HR procedures and systems aligned to the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
• Assist the management in implementing HR programs &reviewing compensation, performance management & attrition control systems to ensure suitable operational control.
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals, maintain appraisal records and provide executive decision-making support to ensure that qualified and high-performing candidates are suitably rewarded with salary hikes and promotions.
• Gather staffing requirements from various departments, draft job descriptions, publish recruitment advertisements in print media, on online portals, receive applications, conduct the interviews and select most suitable ones for the respective position.
• Handle employee on-boarding formalities, prepare the offer letter and secure acceptance of offers, keep employment contracts ready before the date of joining and update the internal database with information of new hires.
• Prepare the induction plan, organize on-the-job training to equip new hires with relevant information necessary to perform their tasks well, and communicate KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas).
• Overall responsibility for a payroll of upto 400 active staff through WPSSystem, tracking of daily, monthly time &attendance reports, close monitoring of absenteeism/ leaves.
• Well aware about UAE Labor law, coordinating with legal advocate for staff related labor issues. Update the management and staff about the new changes in labor law.
• Handle the computation of end of service benefits; leave, salary, partial service gratuity release, manage annual leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, salary Increment etc.
• Ensure all employees are covered with Medical Insurance, end to end Medical insurance solutions to employees including addition, deletion and replacement of medical cards. Choosing the appropriate insurance plans that will be in line with the management's budget and adequately sufficient for employee cover.
• Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports on achievement of targets, employee productivity, areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring the employees follow the code of conduct at all times, issuing warning letters, termination letters, after thorough investigation and consultation.
• To ensure files are updated by tracking them once a week (for new joiners) and once in 2 weeks for existing employees - maintain electronic & manual records.
• Liaise with PRO for day to day activities/ employee issues and visit labor office if required, communication flow regarding New Joiners/resignations/change in job.
• Identify training needs of employees. Plan and coordinate the training and development program. Arranging fire safety training, First aid training, Food Hygiene Training etc.
• Supervising HR Officer & HR Assistant, designing various HR forms, streamlining all HR Functions, Handling staff in Multiple Locations.
• Coordinate timely completion of the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Responsible for formulating regular reports like: HR Report, and Exit interview reports in a timely manner.
• Handling celebrations at JIC, employee picnics and other employee engagement activities.
