• Directed Material Planning and Dispatches for PAN India Operation for 1850000 Towers as per agreed OTD (on time delivery) to ensure smooth running of Operation. Developing and implementing operationally
excellent processes and systems that deliver leading performance in key supply chain service & inventory.
• Oversaw Cost Optimization- implemented tech replenishment process based on equipment usage reducing required capital asset inventory by 65% worth amounting Rs.200 MN (INR). Responsible for Process
optimization, Change Process & Audits.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Keyplayertodrive Deming to execute / Streamline Operation Process related to Field operation, MaterialPlanning, Logistics & KPI Management.
Develop and track improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region. Spearhead Mother hub operations for Flipkart. Managed Transport operations Processes. Ownership and empowerment for
MHsfor the region. PNL accountability of Warehouse in the region. Work closely with central teams for design of org structure with respect to the regional DC.
• Accountable for Inventory and related asset management for the region. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the MHs in close coordination within the central and Design teams. Work closely with Line Haul
teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution network in his region.
• Driveon-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the sites in the region.
Overall accountable for Circle Warehouse, Logistics and Procurement (direct and indirect). Material Planning for 13500 Towers.
Takes care of Airtel, BSNL & MTNL Projects.
Also handled International Project Location Bangkok - Thailand in Alcatel Lucent for 6 month.
• Overall accountable for Planning of Shipment from Material ordering up till delivery to Customer WH. Manage CHA and local transportation directly for smooth delivery to customer Mother Warehouse.
• Takes care of Purchase Ordering, PICK & PACK and Movement go ahead to CHA & International Transporter i.e. PANALPINA, DB Schenker.
Takes care of circle Material Procurement and Planning of goods along with Material movement.
Budgeting and expenses
Overall responsible for Material distribution direct from Manufacturing Plant for PAN INDIA
