Handles the role of Business Analyst/ Business Intelligence for Big Data Implementation at National bank of Fujairah. Involves in Analyzing the Data required for Reporting, Self BI, Risk & Social media Analytics, which involves requirement gathering and finalizing the requirements, Stakeholder Management & Documentations.
Role- Project Management & Business Analysis - Handles the Digital Transformation of Process Workflows to BPM. Handled 6 process implementations, 5 have gone live and 1 is under development and planned to Go Live in November. Frames the Logic and Validations to add automations and avoid manual interventions, also involves in Stakeholder Management, Requirement Gathering, Development Coordination, UAT and Post Go-Live support

Business Intelligence(Power BI) for Core Banking System Upgradation, Finalized Reports Rationalization Strategy & Stakeholder Management.
Completed reports requirement for Emirates NBD & Emirates Islamic.
Handled reports UAT testing and received sign off for full set of reports.
Defect Management- Analysing, Tracking & Reporting defects during UAT testing of BI system and Interface systems.
Handled the Interface testing for BPM- Finacle and successfully completed 3 phase of UAT testing, involving business users, Finacle and BPM technical support team.
