• Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the swabbing
• Wears appropriate PPE, footwear during specimen collection/processing
• Assemble and set up medical instruments (testing kits)
• Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures
• Correctly labeling specimens and forms with flight numbers as well as passenger information’s. Maintaining the chain of custody of each sample before being shipped for testing.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
• Responding to information requests from passengers.
