· Food Expedition: set up food plating stations either in the kitchen or outside the banquet hall, on the assembly line the food is placed on the plates and then brought to tables.
· Guest Relations: providing impeccable customer service, anticipate the wants and needs of all attendees of the banquet, execute a banquet that exceeds guests' expectations.
· Reading, monitoring and responding to the owners email.
