admin, importing files from store into the system (Accpac) capturing invoices and credit notes, see that our profit report balances with what the store has given us, dealing with suppliers, email the stores if we require some mere paper work. faxing, dealing with problems from the store and suppliers, creating eft's and mailing them to the HR office for the final approval to be paid.
