• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
• Management of the Quality Engineers and Technicians in the sign-off of parts and the resolution of internal/external quality concerns.
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
• Prepare and ensure the PPAP approval for the first simple
• Organize and maintain the quality management system and supervise its
implementation at all levels of the company
• Define and implement the communication plan on quality policy and

• Ensures an open and straight communication line between customer,
Lear Plants and Lear residents.
• Suggests improvements to both customer and Lear.
• Analyzes problems at customer’s facility to find the proper solution (and
avoid claim), and informs affected Lear plants to take appropriate
corrective actions.
• Proactive channeling of information on existing claims to the plant to
perform the analysis and solve them.
• Provides continuous feedback to the customer about the status an
evolution of existing claims, by managing the weekly meeting with
customers.
• Manage the quality indicators versus the plant objectives (PPM, timing of
8D responses, warranty, budget…).
• Manage the Failure analysis activities (5 engineers)
• Manage & support the external quality engineers (4 engineers)
• Manage the activities for the quality residents at all customers plaints (10
Engineers)
• Ensures approval of customer Audits.
• Audit regularly how the customer handles our product
• Follow up of sorting activities and cost payment.
• Maintain and establish Failure analysis & external quality procedures
compliant with customer’s requirements VDA, GS …
• Organize & prepare the customers audits agendas
• Define & manage the department budget versus the plaint sales
• Warranty cost follow-up versus the plaint Sales
• Coordinate and manage the changes with the teams (logistics and
maintenance-production)
• Coordinate the weekly meeting with project teams in France
• Monitor and improve the product
• Training support of new operators in case of new process
• Provide the necessary equipment & machines needed for manufacturing

• Improve the design of wire harness in order to reduce the cost of wire

countermeasures.
• Develop and maintain process PPAP (DVI) for manufacturing
• Coordinate and schedule special inspections, sorts, or reworks for
prototypes, design changes, quality issues, etc. Supervise special
inspections, sorts and reworks
• Manage internal manufacturing quality audits. Enforce quality systems
on manufacturing line
• Support customer line activities including special wire harness reworks
• Train all the teams of Lean manufacturing tools.
