• Providing advanced technical support for clients in the Banking, Telecom and Government sectors in Lebanon and abroad through the company’s subsidiaries.
• Preparing and providing advanced technical trainings to multiple customers.
• Communicating and escalating cases with vendors and follow-up.
• Coordinating the project team; planning the project phases, Setting Milestones, agreeing costs and standards to be monitored and controlled during Execution.
• Supervising, assigning tasks and advising Junior Engineers.
• Monitor existing IT systems overseeing implementation of new systems and data migration
• Analyze systems requirements and implement feasible solutions
• Liaise and report to internal and external clients, including colleagues and developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Provide trainings and user manuals
• Domain registration and Hosting account management (Windows / Linux)

• Installation and support of HPE Proliant Servers (ML/BL/DL), Blade Enclosures including SAN infrastructure (FC Switches, Storage Systems, StorageWorks Tape Libraries).
• Storage installation, configuration and support HPE (P2000, MSA, EVA, 3PAR)
• Implementation and support of High Availability Clusters Hyper-V and VMware
• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008/2012 (Active Directory & DNS, Group Policies, DHCP ...) RedHat Linux 6 and 7.
• Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010/2013 Installation, configuration and migration
• Riverbed WAN optimization implementation and support.
• HPE Data protector, Acronis Backup, Veritas Backup Exec, Kaspersky Security, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Sophos Antivirus installation and configuration.
• Maintaining and monitoring the functionality and state of all network devices including radius, VLANs, VPN, firewall ACLs, web interfaces (Cisco switches, router, ASA firewall, WLAN controller, IP telephony, CallManager, access points), network monitoring (prtg, spiceworks).
• Managing virtual infrastructure's workstations & servers configuration, migrations, upgrades, patch management, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting (VMware ESXi 4.1, vCenter server, vSphere Client, vShield, update manager, VMs, Sun Solaris Servers and thin clients)
• Mail server (MDaemon 11), Sharepoint 2010 and Active Directory Domain Administration (DNS, DHCP, ISA firewall, File server, users and policies)
• Perform Preventive Maintenance, Backups and Disaster Recovery jobs on Sun and IBM SAN storages. Provide support on MS SQL Database.
• Provide user training and support, account creation and management; analyze and troubleshoot reported problems and recommend solutions.
• Study and advise new solutions to the management and implement improvements to optimize the overall IT infrastructure performance.
Teaching Particular Lessons in both scientific and literary materials for school students from various educational levels.
• Provide IT solutions for small to medium sized enterprises.
• Install and configure Windows Server 2008 and active directory domains.
• Set up LAN, FTP server, Samba File Server, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Postfix mail server, Mail scanner, Endian Firewall, Print Server…
• Work on Koha, under Ubuntu and Centos.
• Handling network, ADSL, Broadband, domains and email problems.
• Fixing problems through troubleshooting procedures.
