• Create and establish first Project HSE Management System for the company in compliance with clients and employer HSE Project standards, as well as International HSE Standard to ensure health and safety on job sites by raising awareness regarding necessity of HSE.
• Structure, implement, deliver, maintain, evaluate and administer HSE training plan and awareness program, while effectively communicating HSE strategy and plan throughout the Project Organisation and subcontractors to control and minimise the health and safety risk.
• Determine the HSE department’s budget for projects, and assure the implementation of health and safety policies and instruments on time and within budgetary guidelines.
• Efficiently conduct safety and environment inspections on sites by defining Hazards, also report, investigate, analyse and document all HSE ®ulatory compliance incidents, and significant near misses, while reporting Project HSE Status to client on regular and monthly basis.
• Played a pivotal role as an "Acting Project Manager" (a temporary replacement or a back to back for the project manager)to assist the construction team to achieve desire targets and provide daily report.
