Human Resources
• Implementing IMS (Integrated Management System) and Region HR policies
• Managing the employees welfare, planning and following up on tasks related to facilities (Labor, Junior and
senior accommodation) and office operation
• Applying the Fringe Benefits Matrix as per the Grading system (part of compensation and benefits)
• Following up the onboarding of the new hires, arranging induction program and explaining guidelines and
procedures
• Dealing with work related issues, labor disputes, conduct internal investigations and follow up on the agreed

• Participating in the monthly workforce planning exercise with the department’s managers
• Approving payroll payment and settlements (leave and final) including clearance of assets during employees
resignation/termination
• Ensuring annual and probationary assessments
• Ensuring proper medical coverage for employees and dependents
• Interacting with the Regional HR and Finance departments to resolve salary administration issues
• Monitoring the completeness and safe keeping of employees files
• Ensuring that employees data always updated in the HRIS
• Securing travels and transportation arrangements for Managers and Employees
• Recruiting local manpower to adhere to schedule whenever required
• Serving as the central point of contact for the employees and managers
• Overseeing the day to day operations and initiatives within the HR Area

• Liaising with the concerned authorities responsible for project access to employees, managers and visitors
• Representing the department during internal and external audits
• Support the effective implementation of the Performance Management System
Legal Affairs & Administration
• Assisting in arranging the required documentations for registering the company and following up the renewal
Process
• Drafting and reviewing various type of Agreements including but not limited to the Service Agreements, lease
And rental agreements, labor contracts
• Providing Legal and Policy advice to the various departments within the company to ensure compliance with
The prevailing laws
• Coordinating, assisting, following up, providing litigation support and conduct visits to outsourced local and
International law firms
• Handling relations with all Governmental departments including but not limited to the commercial register
Municipalities and the Ministries of Justice, economy and commerce, labor, foreign affairs, immigration
Customs and Port authorities
• Following up and assisting the outsourced law firms on matters related to the registration renewal of our
entities in Kuwait as well as any changes in the legal identities of our Branch in Qatar
• Directing and controlling documentations for essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning,
catering and waste disposal
• Coordinating with HSE department to implement health and safety system
• Planning and organizing company’s events
• Ensuring operation of secretarial functions including document controlling, distribution
