know all details on the project to finish the construction of 2 big canopies (more than1200 tones of steel) successfully.....
-giving the location of points (x, y, z) where every steel structure should be located
-perform all kind of work as the drawings giving by the consultant
-coordinate with safety, fabrication and scaffolding employers to receive the module (steel structure) needed and execute it
-checking if all works are done on time as the primavera schedule given
-preparing all weights and location of the modules to coordinate with the tower cranes workers in advance because it was very critical and many times 2 tower cranes were holding 1 module
-checking the contract for every additional work done and sending emails in case some are not mentioned in the contract
-preparing the weights of all steel constructed because the company is paid on the weight of steel constructed
-daily report on workers performance
-finish the work as fast as we can to avoid any penalty in the future
-finish the work as plans, specification, design and drawings
-asking for tower cranes maintenance periodically
- checking the bolts size and pressure force, and the weld to avoid any problem in the future with the consultant during the submission
