Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• Responsible for customer classification’s, data analysis, reports, Weekly visits, product distribution, pricing strategy, studying rivals activities, insuring Customer satisfaction, and all internal and external operations and activities related to Nokia goals and vision.
• Develops business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Customer service officer : Services & duties consist on assisting customers with : Needs, Clients complaints, Financing, VIP customers, Customer feedback's client orders, special customers and employees discount, operator services ( incoming and outgoing calls, filing, exchange, cashier, VAT tax free sheet …
- Responsible of providing new employees with a full training to help develop their skills and abilities in better serving customers.
- Responsible of after sales service
- Responsible of credit bank loans
- Attempt to resolve the problem according to guidelines established by the company
- Help Customers decide what types of products or services would best suit their needs
- Follow up with an individual customer until a question is answered or an issue is resolved
- Spend some time with customers encouraging them to purchase additional products or services
- Keep records of transactions and update and maintain databases of information
