-Managing and revision for daily operation on the site.
-Create and manage the scope, time schedule, and contractual deliverable, tracking, quality assurance, variations order, request for inspections, etc....
-Support subcontractors, engineers to follow the design tender and consultant requirements.

- Project Management and site supervision.

- Managing team of Landmark and support contractor's engineers.
- Work with MAF (Majed al Futtaim) engineers to understand there criteria in construction and design as well as drawings submission.

-Working on design proposals for residential buildings, towers, and resorts from concept phase till design development stage to site construction.
-Control, direction and coordination of the procedures for the preparation of tenders, as well as the organization of the technical and commercial teams and sub consultancy agreements.
-Preparation of technical and financial proposals for different types of projects, including residential and commercial buildings, resorts and private chalets.
-Participating in the preparation and the updating of feasibility studies, cost estimates financial studies along the project lifecycle.

Key achievements: Cost savings over 1 million Kuwaiti Dinar by changing the architectural concept design.

-Working on internal and external design from concept till final design stage.
-Preparing all necessary drawings for submission in accordance with regulations authorities if required.
-Finalizing all necessary shop drawings for executions.
-Designing all necessary drawings related to landscape.
