• Development, design, shop drawings, as‐built plans and management of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
• Pricing of projects, requests for quotations from suppliers to meet requested budget and specifications.
• Coordination and follow‐up for the site work progress as per required specifications.

• Managing field inspections aligned with client’s requirements.
• Preparation of monthly payment certificates based on executed works.
• Oversee the purchasing of technical goods and services, negotiate agreements, maintain the inventory of supplies and manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Manage cost preparation responsibilities and obtain suppliers offers.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals and attend clarification meetings with client when required.
• Ensure that tenders meet company guidelines and take responsibility for all handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Issue BOQ, payment certificates, variation orders for the MEP trades.
• Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification.
• Supervise the production of co‐ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.
• Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner.
• Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.
• Provide technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.

4- Al Noura School (Lebanon): Execution of Electrical(Lighting, Power and Fire Alarm) and Mechanical (Drainage, Water Supply, Heating and air conditioning) Works.
5- Kfarchima 157 (Lebanon): Execution of the Mechanical (Drainage, Water Supply, Air Conditioning and Fire Fighting) works of a chocolate factory in Kfarchima.
6- Kfaryassine 591 (Lebanon): Execution of the Mechanical (Drainage, Water Supply, Heating and air conditioning) works of a residential building with corresponding mechanical room

2- Prince Building, Achrafieh, worked as a site engineer, in charge of paper works, technical meetings, shop drawings and as built drawings.
3- Convivium 6, consists of 4 residential buildings and a health club, worked as a site engineer, in charge of paper works, technical meetings, shop drawings and as built drawings.
4- L.A.U. Hamra, renovation of the fine arts building, worked as a site engineer, in charge of paper works, technical meetings, shop drawings and as built drawings.
