* Install, configure and provide technical support to 170 end users, troubleshoot, and
diagnose hardware and software problems, including desktop/workstation, laptop.
* Manage and trouble shoot both LAN and wireless Networks.
* Ensure accurate log of Support calls/issues through a web based Help Desk Support
system.
* Manage Active Directory for Users and Computers, sharing of network resources such
printers, File Share.
* Manage, update and maintain the IT equipment (computers, printers and other
network devices) inventory.
* Manage the configuration and performance of all PC systems.
* Develop networks, systems and equipment maintenance procedures.
* Configure the network printers.
* Manage user passwords and file system security for the desktop and laptop
environment.
* Recommend hardware and software solutions and upgrades using established
procurement processes.
* Collaborate with other departments in a team-oriented environment (training on proper
use of Hardware and Software use).
* Develop and deliver training modules for, end-users and University interns through on-
the-job training and internship periods.
* Prepare and submit repair and maintenance reports to supervisors
