>Prepare Work Inspection Request (WIR), Material Delivery on Site (MDS) and coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
>Ensuring work quality is as per approved material technical submittal and approved sample.
>Ensuring work sequence is as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
>Review and ensure that the sub-contractors and suppliers are complying with the PQP and site-specific procedures.

Manages, follow and ensure the quality of works are implemented prior to snagging and de-snagging inspection.
Follow the snagging and de-snagging procedure after substantial completion of construction activities have ended; ensure that all snag list is completed by the contractor and sub-contractor, rectified, repaired and completed for re-inspection.
Prepare daily inspection request (IR) for interior design and finishing works for floor, wall & ceiling finishes.
Liaised with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
Ensuring work quality as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Ensuring that the sub-contractors and suppliers are complying with the PQP and site specific procedures.

QA/QC Engineer - Interior Fit-outs
Prepare daily request for inspection and approval (RFIA) for interior design and finishing works such as interior steel structures, decorative metal works, floor, wall & ceiling finishes such as fibrous plaster, stone marble and mosaic, carpets, fabrics, leathers, wall coverings, armour coat, wood finishes, gypsum board, special paint finishes, waterproofing, ceramics, toilet accessories, doors etc.
Liaised with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
Prepare method of statement, ITP and checklist.
Ensuring work quality as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Prepare material submittals and materials inspection request (MIR) for on-site and off-site inspection.
Closing of non-conformance report (NCR) and site observation notice (SON) raised by consultant and main contractor.
Monitor and prepare QA/QC findings for our site construction team and sub-contractors.
Prepare Monthly QA/QC Reports.
Updating, documentation and filing of QA/QC logs and files.

Check and prepare daily inspection programs prior to consultants inspection of any architectural finishing and furnishing works such as gypsum wall partitions, ceiling, masonry walls, paintings, caseworks, doors & windows, waterproofing, floor and wall finishes, toilet accessories, etc. including mock-up’s.
Ensuring work quality as per method statement and inspection test plan.
Check material deliveries on site.
Preparing and closing of non-conformance report (NCR).
Updating, documentation and filing of request for inspection, material deliveries and updating inspection matrix.
Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and management procedures.
Reports directly to QA/QC Manager.
Construction supervision of pre cast concrete barrier and soil wall system installation.
Prepares RFI and update daily and weekly progress reports and targets.
Coordinates with consultant and sub-contractors for daily work schedules and RFI.
Check any underground utilities and coordinates with respective agencies prior to precede work.

As junior QA/QC engineer, I’m responsible for administering the quality programs of the project; prepare inspection request (RFI) and monitoring, site diary, weekly and monthly progress report, materials and equipment testing. Coordinate with consultant for any quality problems that may arise at construction site and to all sub contractors for the execution of works on site as per project schedule.
As Site engineer, I supervised all external construction works such as Asphalt pavement, lay-out, excavation and surface structuring of drainage system, electrical manholes and trenches, chilled water and irrigation pipes, road gully’s and other landscaping works.
