Provides advanced technical design, planning, support, and implementation skills, and
advice to Info Technologies Limited Clients and staff in the under listed area
* IT Systems Architecture Planning
* Business Based Capacity Planning
* Data Centre Consolidation
* Effective Storage Planning, Migration and Data Modelling
Liaise with Clients and 3rd parties acting on behalf of Info Technologies to ensure that
they perform work that is timely, efficient and to a high standard
with Signal Alliance to design and implement a full functional Unified
Communication Solution, which includes implementation of Microsoft Lync
Server, Exchange Server and SharePoint Server
* Advice all stakeholders of the change progress up to completion.
* Work with the project owner to define the scope of the Microsoft EA.
* Recommend changes where it is needed - using the change control process
* Define the system specifications, and analysing their work practices
* Define software, hardware and network requirements;
* Presenting solutions in written or oral reports.
* Design, Test, Install and Monitor new systems.
* Prepare documentation and present progress reports to project owners.
* Supervise in-house training for end users and consultants.
* Support the Government Project Management System
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements.
• Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.

* Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures
workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing
appropriate software and hardware solutions.
* Ensures data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system
backups and database archive operations.
* Supports media management through internal methods and procedures or
through offsite storage and retrieval services.
* Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
* Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance
with established standards, policies, and configurations as defined by Customer.
