Patient /Internal Customer Experience:
• Analyze patient’s feedback to identify points of dissatisfaction & action initiated to enhance patient satisfaction & actions taken. Ex: Delay in discharge.
• Analyze reason for delay in discharge process & initiate action through reduced time of discharge from Doctor discharge of patient up to patient leaving the premises.
• Investigate all patients, expected & unexpected complications & if required, request Group CMS for peer review. Delay in investigation, admission, delay in identifying requirement of ICU admission/decision for surgery, procedures & so forth.
Maintaining Quality/Process/Department Standards
• Responsible for audit of open & closed records of patients including ER forms/consent forms/handovers forms, completion of patients records, ICU records, transfusion records, OT records etc.
• 2) Audit of individual’s doctor’s files for completion of credential/privileges. Renewal of privileges annually. By MS ratified in the MAB. MS shall audit doctor file annually.
• Individual doctor’s files shall have doctor’s induction training in the format, other periodic training & CME records. Responsible for various committee meeting/calendar/agenda/minutes.
• Prepare organization for NABH assessment/timely closure of NC's
