TENDERING
o Manages customers’ full inquiry process covering requests for Proposal, Quotation, and Information.
o Reviews technical requirements and propose valued workable solution.
o Handle all electrical inquiry (power cables, low and high voltage AC/DC motors, Ni-CD Batteries, cable
terminations, electrical, automation & control system spares) for clients in MENA region.
o Develops pricing computation sheet and delivers competitive quotation through Odoo ERP
o Recommends marginal cost to be approved directly by the General Manager.
o Prepares and presents both technical and commercial proposal as per client tendering procedures.
o Submits detailed response to any technical & commercial clarification during bidding process.
PROCUREMENT
o Evaluates all suppliers in order to select the best choice supplier of the material dependent on the
client’s requests prioritizing the efficiency and reliability.
o Reviews the contract terms and conditions and makes sure that it is beneficial to both parties.
o Prepares RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Orders) to the suppliers and responsible for
the issuance of Invoice and other shipping documents to the clients.
o Coordinates w/ the Finance, Logistics & Third-Party Inspector and makes sure that goods are properly
delivered at the best condition at an agreed time.
Accomplishments:
o Won big contracts from PetroChina Middle East ranging from 200K - 700K USD for the supply of
electrical spares, control system spares & mechanical spares.
o Onboarded Siemens and Schneider to the company as a new direct supplier for PetroChina projects
for the supply of electrical control system spares.
o Executed the supply of SAFT Batteries to Shuweihat Asia Power Company
PROCUREMENT
o Procured electrical items and services for 4 Rolling Mill Plants and Meltshop Plant.
o Spearheaded in the accomplishment of manual purchase requisition that includes Request for
Quotation, Sourcing and Canvassing.
o Monitored daily purchase requisition and on-going procurement projects.
o Engaged in bid reviews and selection process together with the Design and Engineering Department
and make recommendations on best choice supplier.
Accomplishments:
o Assessed and qualified service contractor for the annual preventive maintenance of transformers
for Batangas Rolling Mill Plant and saves about 30% of the capital expenditures.
o Trained juniors on the Accpac Integration platform and procurement process.
o Lead and accomplished procurement projects for Provincial Plant

customers and currently operating on its 112 years in the business. About 50% of the
Philippine Gross Domestic Product (GDP) generated within the Meralco franchise,
60% of Philippine manufacturing output produced within the franchise and accounts
for nearly 75% of Luzon’s and 55% of Philippine energy sales.
METERING SECURITY
o Inspected all services with current transformer rated and three-phase self-contained metering schemes
and if necessary, single-phase self-contained plain and ID metering schemes.
o Conducted Phase Angle Tests, installed, maintained, audited, tested, and retired Meralco metering
facilities.
o Analyzed data using Meralco Configuration Management System (CMS V10) software.
Accomplishments:
o Apprehended 5 consecutive large General Power (GP) accounts with illegal service connections
and contract violations for the month of a quarter year.
o Executed the inspection of field order assigned in Cavite in May 2015. The apprehension led to
the prevention of KWHr loss and contributed 96, 167.58 KWHr CALPA to South Metering Security
target goal.
o Predominantly contributed to the 6.47% lowest ever achieved system loss rate of Meralco for
the year 2014 -2015 and led to the prevention of KWHr loss with the total contribution of
461, 922 Cumulative Avoidable Loss for Apprehension (CALPA) of South Metering Security
Polyphase Squad.
o Conducted Electricity Safety Caravan Campaign regarding RA 7832 - Anti Pilferage of Electricity
