Tracking, evaluating, and reporting technical flaws and snags on the fleet through Airline's health monitoring tool.
Manage significant AOG events across a wide and expanding network to ensure a prompt and timely return to service.
Ensure prompt rectification and minimal disruption in operations due to delays and AOGs by coordinating with the maintenance team.
Assist Engineers, Flight crew, Cabin crew, Planning Department, Materials/Purchase Departments & Operational Teams with technical guidance and support.
Organise daily delay review sessions/operational review sessions with the senior management team to provide a full detailed report on technical delays or incidents for all affected flights
Conducting day-to-day ​production meetings to review the status of the required spares for timely rectification of the deferred defects.
Collaborate with all other internal departments and OEMs to continuously improve fleet and operational performance
Maintain effective and accurate communication with service providers, suppliers and MROs, and produce regular reports with feedback to managers on service provider performance and service quality.
Take proactive corrective action and act proactively to avoid problems and deficiencies that could affect the reliability of the fleet's technical dispatches and cause operational delays.
Provides reports on technical performance trends and recommends corrective actions to prevent them from reoccurring.
Appraise​ managers, stakeholders, hubs and outstations in monitoring daily flight technical performance, and incidents. Follow appropriate channels to effectively and timely communicate necessary information related to identification/remediation of defects impacting operational performance.
Ensure the maintenance plan is carried out as required by all contracted maintenance providers.
