Developing potential business with clients, promoting the services provided by DeVere Acuma, prospecting and calling potential clients to see if we can help them, lead generation, providing administrative support, networking and creating a chain of connections to gain knowledge of potential clients.
Primary role was to manage personnel, operational management, organisation of departments, supervision of learners and facilitator of inter campus communication. Secondary role was head financial administrator and head administrator. I was tasked with student conduct, student mediator, the facilitation of course material; facilitation went along with marking, recording marks, compiling student files, helping to assess them and lectured modules like communication, mathematics, statistics and other modules. I was also tasked with debt collection, book keeper, auditing finances and budget handler at the campus.
