Site Engineer (Residential Project)
At Arabian Construction Company (ACC), Waterfront City - Dbayeh, Lebanon
Supervising all finishing activities (Block Work, Plaster, Waterproofing, Tiling, False Ceiling, Painting, etc…)
Managing the progress of work with reference to the planned schedule
Overseeing the quality of work with respect to the method statements, specifications, and material submittals for each trade
Taking care of the safety of work
Controlling the cost of each activity held on site
Submitting paper works such as Field Inspection Request to the consultant, Proposal to close NCR and Site Instructions, Activity Release Form to the subcontractors, Daily and Weekly Reports to the construction manager, Cost Reports, etc…)
Ordering materials needed on site and being responsible of its handling
Checking all drawings given to be properly executed on site and solving any contradiction that might occur between them.
Coordinating between all subcontractors and supervising their work
Monitoring the productivity of Foremen and Manpower.

Network Surveying
Seeking middle to low voltage transformation substations (MV to LV) to collect GPS coordinates and main technical characteristics such as rating of transformers, cross section of the conductors, rating of MV and LV fuses, nominal current of MV switchgears
Surveying each LV overhead feeder (collecting GPS coordinates, type of poles, nature and cross section of conductors, anomalies…)
Entering Data collected from the field on GIS software.
