•Handling different sections of the restaurant with punctual, friendly service for new and current customers as well as the VIP’s and Ambassadors of the hotel
•Taking orders in Dinner Operation as well as punching orders through micros and preparing the bill according to the guest request
•Checking the guest satisfaction to increase the GSI ( Guest Satisfaction Index ) target for hotel monthly goal through the HWYM Card (How was your meal Card) and MOT ( Moment of Truth ) for the overall experience throughout their stay
