• Established, in partnership with six debt owning departments, a new public/private joint venture to reform Government's efficiency in management of a £22bn debt balance

• Managed budget and public procurements for £10m fund, contracting consultancy advice for 15 public service businesses seeking to spin-out from Local Authority control

• Led cross-functional delivery (6 departments) of 80, 000 bed nights to accommodate 1, 000 staff in 100+ hotels throughout the UK during the Games
• Designed process and built a booking system to match, allocate and communicate room bookings to both hotels and staff
• Challenged operational procedure and presented a revised accommodation policy to Directors, resulting in a 50% budget reduction in 7 months (down to £7.5m)
• Secretary for the Competition Venue Readiness Board, managing operational reporting of 32 competition venues to both LOCOG Directors and the UK Government

• Managed diverse debt portfolios in emerging markets, including $250m trade-finance facilities, $150m credit-linked notes and €30m carbon credit portfolio
• Wrote information memorandums to market $250m trade-finance portfolio, working with syndications team to raise external financing and with credit team to secure internal approvals
• Advised US government agency on $500m financing for world's largest undeveloped copper mine. Audited cash flow model and presented key commercial and legal issues to client

• Appointed legal advisors, negotiated facility documentation and arranged client due diligence for three trade finance facilities in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Conducted market analysis, investigated new opportunities and drafted responses to Request for Proposals to secure three new transactions, resulting in £2m of revenue
• Superseded a Director as Secretary of Business Approval Committee, ensuring effective running of meetings and Director accountability of actions for 12 months

• Trained staff in new settlement reconciliation process, so to align processes between London and Johannesburg offices - delivering 25% reduction in staff costs
• Communicated the bank’s change of USD bank account to all clients. Migration delivered to a 95% success rate (payments received correctly to new account)
